Liam has 2 kidneys!

If the fact that One Direction's Liam Payne once died and came back to life hadn't already made us wonder if he's secretly some sort of (really hot) alien, he's now gone and confirmed our suspicions even further by revealing that his faulty kidneys have magically repaired themselves.



Born prematurely, Liam has had medical problems since he was a child and with only one working kidney has had to be careful about not drinking or partying too hard.

But it sounds like he won't have to get the lads to wrap him up in cotton wool before he goes out anymore as apparently the errant kidney has only gone and healed itself.

Tweeting his followers to share the good news, Liam said: "Just been for an ultrasound on my kidney turns out its fixed from when I was a baby!!! :o so now I have two :) #weirdnewsoftheday." [sic]

Well, that just shows what taking care of yourself does, hey Liam? Well, that or what those daily massages from the magical hands of Zayn can do, anyway.

Being his usual sensitive self, Niall was straight in there with some philosophical words of thanks for Liam's kidneys' ability to heal themselves.
