One Direction charms New Zealand; Liam Payne describes himself as a lover and... IT'S KOALA TIME x

One Direction has taken Down Under by storm, with sold-tour tours in Australia and New Zealand.

One Direction came in third place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010. Since then, the group has had No. 1 hits in several countries.

While in Auckland, New Zealand, One Direction's Liam Payne (18 years old), Louis Tomlinson (20 years old), Harry Styles (18 years old) and Niall Horan (18 years old) took in a rugby game by watching the ANZAC Test match between the New Zealand Kiwis and the Australian Kangaroos at Eden Park on April 20, 2012. While there, they posed for photos with former rugby league players Wally Lewis and Andrew Johns.

Before the game, Liam got some adrenaline thrills when he bungee jumped off of Sky Tower in Auckland. 

On April 21, 2012, One Direction performed at Trusts Stadium in Auckland.

According to The Sun, a local TV station in Auckland asked Payne if he is a good lover. He replied, "Louis and I both have girlfriends, so we must be doing something right. I’ve had my girlfriend for a long time, so I’m definitely doing something right.”

Payne has been dating dancer Danielle Peazer since 2010. Tomlinson and his girlfriend Eleanor Calder (a model/student) have been together since late 2011. The rest of the guys in One Direction are unattached.

While in Brisbane, Australia, (before going to New Zeland), the members of One Direction visited a koala sanctuary. According to The Sun, one of the koalas urinated on Payne and Styles. Although koalas are known to have chlamydia, a koala's strain of the disease cannot be passed on to humans.

The Sun exaggerated the matter and implied in the report that Liam and Harry are afraid that they were infected with chlamydia by the koala bear. In actuality, sexually transmitted diseases that humans get are from other humans.
